3. The opportunity
Two incumbent tiers exist and neither sells the independent pharmacy.
Tier 1 — enterprise vaccine monitoring (SmartSense by Digi, Sensaphone Sentinel, Envigilance, Helmer): Built for hospitals, regional chains, and the corporate pharmacy desks at CVS/Walgreens/Walmart. Two places where AI is doing real work, not decoration.
State-form excursion reports. State immunization programs accept different excursion narratives in different formats — California’s CalVax PDF, New York’s NYSIIS form, Texas’s ImmTrac2 narrative, plus 47 more.
