3. The opportunity

The incumbent that matters is Stellapps, and the gap is its price tag. Stellapps sells a beautiful full-stack procurement + cold-chain + farm platform to large unions for ₹2–40M. Cold chain is only ~20% of its revenue; its attention is on the big centres. The small private dairy and the independent VLC-to-BMC contractor — the people who actually eat the rejection loss — are priced out. They run on a printed AMCU slip and a shouting match.
