3. The opportunity
Dentists lose six figures per year to under-market PPO contracts they don’t fully understand and can’t easily renegotiate. Today’s only fix — human consultants at $7,500–$11,000 a pop — is too expensive for many 1–2 dentist practices, takes 6 months, and ends when the engagement ends. The contracts then drift again because nobody’s monitoring.
PayorPilot productizes the consultant. The AI continuously:

The product does not exist without AI. Three load-bearing capabilities:
