3. The opportunity
The gap is absurdly clear: India’s independent real estate broker — the person who actually sells 80% of residential property in the country — is running a ₹5-20 lakh/year brokerage business on WhatsApp forwards and memory. The incumbent solutions are all wrong for this buyer:
