2. Trend signal — why now?
- Paid-community platforms have compounded for three years. Skool is public about crossing 100K+ active communities; Circle and Mighty Networks together host tens of thousands of paid groups. The micro-SaaS press is openly calling creator-operator tooling one of the 2026 breakout niches (IndieHackers 2026 SaaS Market Report, Superframeworks micro-SaaS list 2026).
- Every creator I talk to says the same thing: churn is the #1 problem, and they spend their Sundays manually scrolling the community to find “quiet” members to re-engage. The vertical SaaS wave is specifically about platforms that “execute entire autonomous workflows” instead of augmenting humans (Qubit Capital 2026 vertical SaaS report).
- r/SaaS and Skool’s own community are full of “how do I reduce churn” and “how do I know who’s about to cancel” threads. Nobody has a good answer yet.

Every paid-community operator above ~200 members is flying blind on retention. Skool shows you MRR and a member list. Circle shows you posts per week. That’s it. The actual churn signal — a member who logged in three times last month and now zero, or who used to post and now only lurks, or whose tone in a specific thread went sour — is buried in chat logs no human has time to read.
Incumbents’ weakness: platforms like Skool are horizontal — they serve the community, not the operator’s retention workflow. They will never build deep per-member behavior analytics because it cannibalizes their “simplicity” positioning. Gorgias-style “member success” tooling is what a focused team can own.
Collapse the operator’s Sunday-morning “who do I DM to save?” ritual from two hours to two minutes. That’s the product.
4. Target market
- Primary customer: Solo creator or 2–5 person team running a paid community with 300–5,000 members and $10K–$150K/month MRR. They live on Skool, Circle, or Mighty Networks. Think: cohort-based course operators, trading/investing communities, agency masterminds, fitness/coaching groups.
- Why they buy: “I’m losing 8% of members every month and I have no idea which ones are about to leave until they’ve already clicked cancel. If someone told me on Monday morning ‘here are the 12 people to check in with this week,’ I’d pay whatever.”
- Rough TAM reasoning: Skool alone discloses 100K+ active communities. Circle and Mighty Networks add another ~50K paid ones. Add Discord-based paid communities (Whop/Launchpass) and the reachable universe is ~200K–250K operators globally. We only need 0.5% of them at ~$200/mo to be a serious business.

Load-bearing, not decorative. Three specific jobs only an LLM can do cheaply:
- Behavioral signal extraction — read thousands of posts and reactions per community per week and turn them into structured signals (engagement drop, sentiment shift, unanswered question from a member, etc.).

The creator economy runs on English across Skool/Circle and 80%+ of premium-priced communities are English-speaking operators (US, UK, AUS, India English-speaking creators too). I can see customer 1 through 100 clearly. It’s mostly an outbound-plus-community-content motion, not content-marketing-and-pray.
