3. The opportunity
Every dental office in the US runs an autoclave 3–8 times a day. Every cycle prints a thermal tape with temp/pressure/duration. Somebody — usually a dental assistant — is supposed to tape that output into a binder, write the date, their initials, which instrument packet the load was for. Weekly, they run a spore (biological) test, mail it to a lab, get the result days later, log that too. Three-year retention.
