3. The opportunity
The new OIR-B1-1802 isn’t a redesign — it’s a photo-evidence regime change. Pre-April, an inspector ticked boxes and submitted a PDF. Post-April, every box needs a photo (or product approval doc) that actually proves the credit. Underwriters at the 17 new carriers and the depopulated-Citizens replacements are going to be picky, because every $2K–$3K discount they grant is real money out of their book.
