3. The opportunity
The whole Suryaghar cohort is a legal liability waiting to trigger. A homeowner was promised “X units/month, ₹Y saved.” When the bill doesn’t drop — because of soiling, a wrong-facing panel, a tripped string, or an installer who oversold — the owner has no data, gets angry, and files a consumer complaint.
