Three things lined up in the last 12 months.

First, the money. US data is brutal and specific: the average independent auto repair shop loses $50,000–$100,000 a year in repeat/deferred revenue, and “deferred repairs disappear when they are not tracked and followed up systematically.” Declined-work follow-up is a real, funded software category in the US (BoltOn, Affinitiv, VoiceDrop, Text2Drive) — but every one of those is built for English-speaking US dealerships and large multi-bay shops. None of them speak Spanish or live inside WhatsApp.

The repair shop’s biggest leak isn’t the quote — it’s the silence after the quote.
