3. The opportunity
The incumbents here are fragmented point tools that each solve 10% of the problem: DM-export Chrome extensions (Instagram Chat Backup, DM Saver), follower-scrapers (Scravio, IG Lead Scraper), DM-automation tools (QuickDM ₹399/mo), and one-shot recovery agencies. None of them treat this as what it actually is: business-continuity insurance.
The 10× move is reframing the category. Not “back up your DMs” (a manual, occasional chore nobody does) and not “recover my banned account” (a one-shot transaction with zero retention).
