The pyramid:
- Top of pyramid (arena/theater tours) — Master Tour, Prism, Eventric. Solved. Not our market.
- Bottom of pyramid (open mic, one-off) — does not need software. Solved by Google Sheets.
- The middle — the indie band touring 30–80 dates a year through 100–600-cap rooms, the freelance tour manager pulling $250–500/show, the venue talent buyer running 4–15 shows a week. This is where the volume of pain lives and where nothing fits.
The structural gap: tour-side software is built for crews of 12 with a dedicated production manager. Venue-side software is built for owners managing multiple rooms. Neither talks to the other, and indie acts and small venues both need the same artifact (the advance, the day-sheet, the settlement) but build it twice in two different tools.
GreenRoom is a shared collaborative artifact. The tour manager creates the advance, the venue is invited (free), they negotiate inside the tool, and at show-time both sides have the same day-sheet and the same settlement math. AI does the structuring work — parse PDFs, draft replies, flag missing inputs (“rider says 4 monitor mixes, venue confirmed 2, raise this now”), compute settlement live as ticket sales update.

Global-first, English-speaking markets first (US, UK, Canada, AU, NZ, EU-English) because the live-music workflow is genuinely the same across them and the customers all live on the same Slack/Discord channels.
