The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) lands on 30 December 2026 for all “non-SME” operators — meaning every coffee, cocoa, rubber, palm-oil, soy, beef and wood importer with >50 employees OR >€10M turnover. Vertical, operator-side, per-shipment DDS workflow priced for the 50–250 employee specialty coffee + cocoa importer that has been quietly left in the gap between enterprise ESG suites and trader-side document parsers.

What the incumbents do badly:
