Three things converged.

3. The opportunity

The opportunity is not “another voice AI for insurance.” That category is loud, well-funded, and busy fighting over the receptionist seat.

The opportunity is the boring back-end of every coverage conversation: when a client says “no, I’ll skip cyber” or “no, I don’t want flood, the bank said I’m not in a zone,” the agency is supposed to (a) note the recommendation, (b) capture the decline in writing, (c) get a signed waiver, (d) file it in the AMS where it can be retrieved years later when the claim hits.
