3. The opportunity

Every dental lab has the same leak: a case arrives, a technician picks it up, and then discovers the shade photo is missing, the margin design is vague, the tooth number contradicts the scan, or the material is blank. Work stops. The tech calls the office, gets put on hold, reaches a front-desk person who doesn’t know the clinical answer, leaves a message, and waits for a callback that comes tomorrow. Multiply by 3–5 cases a day, every bench, every day.

The fix everyone’s selling is the wrong shape. EviSmart and TrazaLab solve this by asking the lab to rip out its legacy management system and move onto their platform — and by asking the dentist to adopt a portal to submit structured cases.
