And the incumbents don’t close it. 3. The opportunity
The reform manufactures a time-boxed failure mode that didn’t exist before. Pre-July, a rejected super contribution sat in limbo for weeks and got cleaned up at quarter-end — no urgency, no penalty. Post-July, every rejection is a 7-day fuse.
